I knew it was a cold day here in Crisfield, but I didn’t think it was this cold! Everything around the Brick Kiln dock was covered with ice. A cold and beautiful afternoon.

It is cold in Crisfield today. Everything is covered with a thin sheet of ice.
My hearing is a little better today. I picked up an ear infection over the weekend and for the last few days my hearing was worse than it was before the surgery. The antibiotics are kicking in and things are starting to clear up.
My Dobro 33D is back from the repair shop looking better than new. It was a pretty expensive repair job (the old girl needed a lot of work) but the guitar is playing better than ever. I will post photos soon.

I’m glad to hear that everything seems to be getting back to normal thereabouts. I hope it continues to improve for Patrick’s hearing and Dear Old Dad and Miss Trudy remain happy and healthy in the coming year. I may be able to make it up thereabouts in March, I’ll be visiting DC and I’d love to make time to swing by and say hello and thank ya for everything.
