We just got word that Patrick’s surgery is scheduled for Thursday, May 21 at Johns Hopkins.We are excited at the prospect of some hearing being restored and an end to the seemingly endless pain.
Patrick will be unavailable for a few weeks beginning this weekend so that he can devote time to preparation and recovery.

Since making yourself an open- source resource for your followers in the folkie world, I suppose your ears have come under the heading of public-ownership. So excited to hear the news! I am making a big assumption that since the surgery has been scheduled that it means it is covered by insurance…yes?!!! If not, do let us know!
