Hi Patrick and DoD,
I’ve been showing my wife’s friend, Yoon Jung, how to play guitar for a few months, and she’s now getting to the point where we can jam together. Today when she came over I turned on the microphone while we played through You are my sunshine. We didn’t rehearse and I realized once we started that the key was a bit high for me so I just tried to find a way through it. She plays guitar, harmonica, and sings on this song. I’m playing the banjo and singing.
It’s very cool to see a student progress from never played an instrument to the point where she is now where she can strum along and sing or play harmonica.
