Funny unrelated thing about Turkey... I recently read that the small Turkish town of Batman (on the Batman River) sued Christopher Nolan.

I hear from friends that Inglorious Bastards is good, but I recommend District 9 instead, if you haven't seen it yet.

I know someone that has knee problems from doing Judo.
Bicycle REALLY helps him. But one thing you have to get is braces on the pedals for your foot so that your leg and knee are always straight. This will allow your knee to work in a proper way, making it stronger. If you don't you might be pedaling at an angle making your knee work kinda sideways and it might make things worst.

It's the same when walking or running, you have to keep knee straight facing the direction you are going. People tend to walk like ducks, like those hiphop singers on TV, every time you take a step the knee absorbs a little bit of force from the side (you move in one direction and your knee face another). Over time this can lead to knee problems too.

Well I'm no doctor or physiologist but get a bike with braces for your foot to keep your knee in line.

Have a nice trip. :o)
