Hi Pats. I hope this finds you well – knee problems notwithstanding.
I gave a frailing/clawhammer ukulele workshop for Uke Ireland the weekend before last. People seemed to like it, but I thought the frailing strum is something that you just have to go and practice thousands of times before it gets ingrained. So I made a quick video for people to refer to. The song I used to demonstrate was The Camptown Races and I made a quick recording of this too. You may recognise some familiar phrases during my lesson. This is because I “borrow” from your teaching methods liberally! If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!James
