I tried to write this comment to thank you for your clear exposition, whilst holding my eyes shut and wearing a blindfold. I gave it away after half an hour. I just can’t touch-type. However, I have a feeling that with your help, I might be able to move towards being able to touch-banjo-play.
Your musical companion, little Gwenny, has a larger repertoire than I do. Good on you, Gwenny.

I actually play banjo in the dark sometimes to try and get a “feel” for the music. It really does work for me.
