Wildwood Chug

Patrick & Dear ol’ Dad,

I have been looking for an excuse to use my wife’s voice in one of the many recording that she has recorded.  I really enjoy this song, and thought I would share this latest recording with you.  Also, I was showing a buddy of mine how to “chug” on the harp, and something struck my brain that I thought was kinda cool… so of course you fall victim to more of my creations.  I hope you enjoy them!

Methinks I heard an angel sing,
    Enchanting as could be.
I now know such a voice can bring
Sweet joy to the soul of me.

Thanks for the inspiration! I got the good old Suzuki out of my purse and played along. The Wildwood flower was especially good, but I haven’t yet got the chug-shuffle. I’ll keep trying though. Any pointers?

I think with the kind invite from Patrick, I will host a couple of basic blues harp workshops for Tangier Sound to start honkin’. I look forward to doing this!
Thanks Patrick and Thank you Priscilla!
