    Thanks for another provocative lesson, Mike. I have listened to it four times, and in between have been running into my banjo to try things and to discover things.

    If you deduced from the previous paragraph that I am a slow learner, then you are spot on. I am.

    Could I please ask that you give another lesson that slowly and deliberately goes over nothing but phantom hammer-ons?
